As part of the Kindergarten Development Program in the Carpathian Basin, numerous training events and conferences were organized in Transylvania. A series of conferences were held at the end of 2017.
In the 2018-2019 school year several training events were organized for 1279 kindergarten teachers in 60 groups and at 15 locations. The aim of the training was to help kindergarten teachers to nurture their individual abilities and to use their diverse cultural backgrounds as efficiently as possible to become better educators and to live their work as a field of personal fulfilment.
