The Hungarian Teacher’s Association in Romania annually organizes the Educatio-Cup National Indoor Soccer Championship. The championship is exclusively for pedagogues with the indicated team number per region.
Qualification for the final tournament is preceded by regional and county level qualifiers. With a few exceptions, matches are played according to the rules of indoor soccer. Divisions by region: Seclerland 10 teams (Harghita 4, Mures 3, Covasna and Brasov 3 teams), Middle-Transylvania 3 teams (Cluj, Slaj, Bistrita-Nasaud, Huedin, Alba counties), Partium and Banat 2 teams (Bihor, Satu Mare, Arad, Timis, Maramures counties).
